Abilene Zoo

Homeschool Classes 

Join us for fun animal adventures at the zoo! Young Adventurers is a class for homeschooled students ages 6-9. All classes take place in Classroom A, located in the education wing of our administration building, and last 2 hours. Classes involve games, crafts, a zoo tour, and an animal encounter. Admission to the zoo is included for the paid participant.

Classes are limited to 15 participants in each section. 

Reminder: This is a drop-off class! 

This program requires a minimum of 10 participants per session; if we cannot attain the minimum number of participants, the session might be combined with the other time slot or refunds can be given.

The cost is $130 for members and $150 for non-members and includes all 4 classes in the session. 

Registration for the Fall Session will

begin August 1st and end September 1st!
