Important Information
• Max Capacity per room is 40 guests. •
• If the total number of l attendees is greater than 40, additional room rental is required. •
• No latex balloons will be allowed on grounds for animal safety. •
• The host can arrive 30 minutes before the party starts to set up and decorate. •
• Wristbands for participants will be provided with the Education Department day of Birthday reservation and can be picked up by the host as early as 9:00 AM. The Zoo will not be responsible for distributing wristbands to individual guests. •
• Zoo Train, Carousel, and Giraffe Feeding close at 4:00 PM. •
• Giraffe Terrace may be closed depending on weather conditions. •
